Refund Policy: Refunds are given ONLY in the event of injury for the circumstances stated below:
- Player is injured after
registering and is unable to participate during the season that they are
scheduled to play (before teams are rostered).
- Player is registered and is
injured and is unable to participate in the remainder of the season that
they are scheduled to play (after being placed on team before uniform
distribution occurs).
Registration fees
will not be refunded under any other circumstances unless authorized in writing
on the player’s registration form by the Club President, Vice President, Travel, or Vice President,
Intramural Programs.
Online Registration Information:
- Your registration is complete only when you have paid through Paypal. Date/Time-of-registration for team rostering purposes is taken from the time the registration is completed through Paypal.
- If you have a login ID from a previous registration, log in under that ID and you will not have to re-enter address, etc, information. In most cases your login id is your email address.
- By using online registration you indicate that you understand the club refund policies above and understand that no refund will be issued should you or your child withdraw from soccer after registration for other than medical reasons.
- Players trying out for Jr. High or High School soccer teams should indicate this on their registration as a special request. Fees for those players can be held upon request until after school teams are rostered. Any player that is selected for a school soccer team and decides not to participate in club soccer can have their fees returned. Fees are only returned for players on school soccer teams, other sports do not qualify unless arranged and approved in advance.
- All payments are processed through Paypal. Use any Paypal payment option, credit card, e check, etc.
- Boyertown Soccer Club does not receive any of your financial information. Your payment is deposited to our account from Paypal.
- No additional credit card fees.
- Please do not change product quantities from 1.
- Registration information for each player is entered individually.
- All discounts will be taken at the final checkout stage.
- Online registrations are subject to the same policies as mail-in paper registrations. Make sure you have reviewed "Our Policies" in the Main Menu at left.
- On the final checkout page, to complete your online registration, you must go to the bottom of the page and click "Pay for Your Registration at Paypal" to pay for your registration.
